• Check and inspect the steering rack gaiters
• Check and inspect the driveshaft boot covers
• Check brake and clutch system pipes, hoses and connections for condition and leakage
• Check and inspect the exhaust system and mountings for security and leakage
• Check and inspect the steering system for correct operation, security and leaks
• Check tyre wear and damage, and adjust pressures
• Check general condition under the vehicle (visible leaks, excessive corrosion and damage)
• Check condition of the radiator and oil cooler
• Check all pips, hoses and connections for leakage
• Check front brake calipers for leaks and operation
• Check and inspect the ball joints
• Check steering wheel freeplay and linkage for wear and security
• Check front and rear suspension for security, leakage and correct operation
• Check manual transmission oil level
• Check and inspect the fuel lines, connections and vapour control
• Inspect rear brake wheel cylinders for leaks and operation
• Check and report on rear brake linings and drums including handbrake drums (clean out dust and adjust as necessary)
• Refill engine oil
• Torque tighten all wheel nuts
• Reset service interval light
• Lubricate door hinges (including fuel filler door), key and lock mechanisms
